Hotstar for UK

I am trying to install the Hotstar App for the UK on my Chromecast+GoogleTV device.
I am getting "This item is not available in your country."
All my account details, billing details, address details, and everything else are in the UK, but, strangely, I am getting the above problem.

How do I fix this issue?
