Chromecast freezes at startup

I have a chromecast with Google TV 4k. When opening the chromecast in my TV. It just freezes at startup and it says is the signal on. i tried hitting the chromecast remote multiple times still doesn't work then i have to reset it. Its becoming frustratiing to do it everyday. Could anyone please help i tried troubleshooting multiple times but nothing works. Thanks!
