      <title>chromecast video not loading on all apps</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of the blue Chromecast is freezing up. I get to the home menu and choose an app and then a video and the screen turns black.&amp;nbsp; I can hear the sound but video loads.&amp;nbsp; At this point when I try to navigate back to the home menu the whole thing stops working altogether and the only thing to do is turn off the TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;What &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3XFaDw9" target="_blank"&gt;Chromecast model&lt;/A&gt; do you have?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the Chromecast plugged correctly into the TV and power source?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When did the issue start?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is there any LED light on the Chromecast device? If yes, what’s the color of the LED light?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the TV tuned to the same HDMI input where the Chromecast is plugged in?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What is the Chromecast &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/4eoYaCx" target="_blank"&gt;firmware version&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does the problem occur when you're casting content?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, reboot your Chromecast device following these instructions:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug the Chromecast device from the power source.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Leave it unplugged for one minute.&lt;/LI&gt;
