 &lt;LI&gt;Can you recall anything that might have happened in the last 24 hours that could be related?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Did you move your Chromecast or router?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What are the apps you are having issues with?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is this the first time you've encountered this problem?&lt;/LI&gt;
