    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running a Chromecast 4K with google tv (with latest upgrade) on a 43” Hisense current model smart TV. This is in an aged care home with a mesh wifi system and multiple access points. From time to time the streaming service will drop out to the Chromecast Home menu. Tests suggest it is not a wifi problem. This can happen on 2 different streaming services. I have tried powering down, removing batteries and rebooting Chromecast and resetting to factory defaults. Can you suggest what the problem may be please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never noticed this with the standard apps (Netflix, plex, Disney, amazon video).. what app specifically is closing?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm guess the app is crashing which would boot the screen back to home.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You could try checking if there is an update available, or even uninstall the app, reboot, and reinstall.&amp;nbsp; Possibly corrupt ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. I have previously tried your suggestions without success. The app is Binge and I have it running at home on a smart tv without Chromecast and never any problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
