I'm having a problem started today where the streamer keeps restarting. It comes up and a few minutes later it keeps rebooting.

Make sure you're using the power block that came with it and that it's getting sufficient power.

Yes I'm using the same one from the box. I tried three different outlets at two different TVs.

That's usually the culprit. I'd say don't put too much time into it and take it back and exchange it for another one.
