Xfinity Stream App disconnects from my Google Chromecast 4K with Google TV

Does anyone else know why the Xfinity Stream app force closes at random when casting from the phone to the Chromecast? All the tech is up to date. I'm using a Google Pixel 6 Pro. I've uninstalled the Xfinity Stream App and reinstalled. I don't understand. Help please!

Is this the first time you are using the Chromecast with the Xfinity stream app?

In the meantime, try to improve your streaming device's connection and performance by following these steps:

Check Wi-Fi network: Ensure your streaming device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
If your router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, make sure that your Chromecast device is on the 5 GHz network.
Reboot your Chromecast and router.
