 &lt;LI&gt;Was there any recent power outage?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is the streaming device plugged in snugly and directly to the power outlet?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;How is the streaming device receiving power? Did they use a power cable or USB port?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Has the customer tried plugging the streaming device into a different power outlet or USB port?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;buenas, tengo un problema desde hace un tiempo, mi chromecast cuando lo conecto no responde, solo mantiene una luz led blanca estatica y haga lo que haga no cambia, he intendado todo lo que decian en el foro, pero de igual manera, no encontre a nadie con el mismo problema, y no tengo forma de reiniciarlo porque no responde al boton.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
