    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hello,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I purchased a Chromecast 4k TV about a month ago.&amp;nbsp; I bought it because my older smart tv cannot get some apps.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have an issue where YouTube works when I search videos and I can see the list of videos.&amp;nbsp; But as soon as I select a video, I get the audio, but no video, the screen stays black.&amp;nbsp; But sometimes it works.&amp;nbsp; I have to disconnect the power from the Chromecast and plug it back in.&amp;nbsp; It's only YouTube all other apps work fine.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am not casting from my Android phone.&amp;nbsp; Just using it directly plugged into my TV in an HDMI port&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;When I use my Smart TV for YouTube is fine.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Btw I am using an LG TV but there was no option so I chose Android.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Help?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Z&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;Is the internet connection stable?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have there been any changes to the router settings?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are the devices connected to the same network?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Did you get any error messages?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I’d suggest the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have the latest versions of the LG TV firmware and YouTube app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have the latest firmware version of your Chromecast.
