Google tv streamer voice search doesn't search

When using my new google tv streamer, I'll use the voice button on the remote, it will register what I've said in the search on the tv, but it does nothing.

Doesn't search, just goes back to whatever screen I was on as if I hadn't said anything.

I've tried restarting it and it'll work for a day or two, then it just stops working again.

I'm not sure how to fix this, would love some thoughts from the community,

I don't have a fix, I just wanted to say I have the same problem. Even when I type in the show I'm looking for it doesn't work.

I'm having the same issue, has happened a handful of times and it only seems to fix itself by restarting the thing.
