Chromecast 4K remote-control not response

All of a sudden the remote control stopped working. I've tried resetting chromecast, but that doesn't help. Tried re-pairing the remote control. Have also tried app remote control on android, nothing works. I can't go into any settings to check the problem. The ony button that work is on/off. Is there a solution?

Thanks for posting in the community. I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with your remote control.

I understand that is not responding, and it's just working when turning the volume up and down.

Let's try the next:

Remove both batteries from the remote.
While checking the LED on the remote, reinsert the batteries. If the LED doesn't flash twice, continue to the next step
Complete within two seconds: While checking the LED, remove and reinsert the battery. If the LED still doesn't flash twice, repeat this step.
While checking for the LED to flash twice, replace both batteries with the original batteries that came with the remote. If these batteries aren't available, use two fresh 1.5-volt AAA batteries.
Remove both batteries and wait for five minutes. While checking for the LED to flash twice, reinsert the batteries.
If the LED still doesn't blink, follow the troubleshooting steps under Voice Remote doesn't work at all.

Let me know how this goes to keep working together and find a resolution.

Thanks for your answer. I had to factory reset Chrokmecast Android TV. Very sad, because i had apps on it that is currently only available in my home country. But it work just fine after factory reset
