Google voice keeps reading all search results on Chromecast

Setup is Chromecast HD connected to Panasonic TV. Talkback is disabled in Chromecast settings. Turning off Voice Command in Google Assistant under Account settings, or disabling System sound under System Settings doesn't help either. Please help me before i lose it😵‍💫

I really appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you have taken.

Since you already disabled the TalkBack feature, turned off the Google Assistant, and disabled the system sound, and the problem still persists, it might be a glitch that causes the TalkBack to stop. To refresh the system, I suggest you reboot the Chromecast and test if the TalkBack is still active.

If, after following these steps, the problem is not resolved yet, you might need to perform a factory reset on the Chromecast and set it up again.
