my chromecast doesnt work i tried to exchange it at walmart and they said no I have to go through google. So how can i exchange this i want one!

Read Walmart warranty and return policies. Ideally they must allow you to return your product, no matter what, inside a 90 days interval.

"To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:You have 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions."
