Google Nest Mini creates a new network

Hello, I have a little problem
My Google Nest Mini connects to wifi, but when the connection is lost creates a new network. 
Is it possible to disable the creation of this new network or protect and hide it?

You actually WANT (and need) it to do that. That's how you talk to it to change the network later.

When the Mini (and all Google smart devices) lose their network connection, they turn on their own temporary signal so the Google Home app can see that they have a problem, talk to it, and tell it how to fix it (if necessary).

There is no way to turn this off.
