      <title>The same old 'AP Isolation' problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sure we're all familiar with the 'AP Isolation' issue that seems to be fairly common around here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I've tried every single option imaginable to solve the issue, but nothing works. The only fix that works is the following...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Chromecast works for a little while before disappearing without explanation from the Home app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Do a factory reset of the device and attempt to reconnect it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Home app recognises and registers device, but then the AP Isolation error comes up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Repeat steps 2 &amp;amp; 3 about 100 times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Get lucky for no explainable reason and it actually connects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Repeat from step 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really sick and tired of having to do this every week or so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like I said, I have tried everything that has already been suggested in these forums. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything, restarted devices, checked the AP Isolation settings of my router - you name it, I've done it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there ANYTHING else I can do before I throw the piece of crap in the trash and get something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
