paying for peacock and its not recognizing it anymore

I pay monthly for premium thru google and its not being recognized any more, what's up with that? is there a setting that's changed or needs to be updated? i cannot find any assistance for that. Peacock cant help since I pay thru a third party, google.

On what device did you purchase that subscription?
When did you purchase the subscription, and when did it disappear?
Did you get any receipt for confirmation on your email?
Do you have any other streaming devices (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or cell phone)? If so, does the same issue happen on those devices?
Make sure that you are on the same account.
