Control de Chromecast no funciona

Acabo de terminar d configurar mi Chromecast y las teclas de control de TV están ok dejé apagada la TV y al encender nuevamente ya no funcionaba la tecla de volumen, apagado y entrada, ya intenté reiniciando, volviendo a estado de fábrica pero sigue sin funcionar.

Los electronicos estan muy intelegentes ahorita. Yo conozco como 12 maneras en que eso puede pasar. Cuando no mires, acabalo...lo siento que eso paso a usted.

Is the Chromecast receiving power from the TV's USB port, or is it plugged into a power outlet?
Have you tried unpairing the Chromecast voice remote and pairing it again?
