    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sometimes get this error when watching dolby vision/atmos shows. Pressing back and playing the show again fixes the issue but it does get annoying so I am looking at possible fixes. Anyone else experiencing this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Restart your device: Turn off your device, wait 15-20 seconds, and then turn it back on.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart your home network: Turn off your modem and router, wait 30 seconds, and then turn them back on.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your internet connection: Make sure your connection is fast enough for Netflix. If you're using Wi-Fi, check if Netflix is blocked on the network.&lt;/LI&gt;
