New Google TV Streamer 4K No Setup Menu

I have a bring new Google Streamer 4K. This is the third one I’ve bought, setup on the first two was easy. On my third one, when I plug it into power using the included adapter, and plug it into my TV using the same cable and port that works fine with one of my other Streamers, I just get a ‘G’ logo Google splash screen and then the screen is just black. The light on the back of the Chromecast is blinking white. It is not available in Google Home since I haven’t been able to set up the WiFi yet. Is it just broken? Help! Thanks! 🙂

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry that you're having trouble with the Google TV Streamer during the setup. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm here to help.

For your concern, please try the below steps:

Factory data reset Google TV Streamer device. Follow: How to reset your Chromecast or Google TV Streamer
Change the power outlet and connect directly to the wall.
Change the HDMI port.
Confirm that your device is online on your Google Home app when you finish the setup.
