Installation stops at about 75%

When configuring new Google media streamer it starts installing new update (UTT3.240625.001.K9) and at about 75% it stops. Tried reset device and different network both 2.4 and 5 GHz but no success. Any solutions?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Google media streamer stops at 75%. I will be happy to assist you right now.

If you have a Google TV Streamer, the update doesn't appear in the Google Home app. You need to access your Chromecast updates from your TV. To do this on your Google TV home screen, choose All Settings >System About> System update.

If the issue persists, factory reset the device and try to set it up again, preferably on a 2.4 GHz network, if available.

When going to All Settings >System About> System update.the update downloads but when starting to install it stops at 75%, tried on different networks both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz.

Thanks, but I have been offered a replacement by Google Store.
