Pilot do chromecast 4 pewnego razu przestał działać. Pierwsza myśl to byly baterie. Po wymianie baterii, chromecast nie reagował na żaden przycisk oprócz wywoływania asystenta google. Rozłączyłem i zapomniałem urządzenie, żeby spróbować sparować je na nowo. Diody po wciśnięciu home i back zaczynają szybko migać i odrazu gasną (po jakiś 2/3sekundach). Na chromecascie pojawia się widoczne urządzenie ale każda próba sparowania nic nie daje. O ile zawsze wydawało mi się że ciężko o lepszy support od googla tak teraz jestem w szoku ich nieporadności. Na dwa pierwsze maile nie dostałem odpowiedzi, a na trzeci dostałem wiadomość po niemiecku z prośbą o kontakt mailowy, tak jakbym nie wysłał juz 3 maili. Nie mam pojęcia jak mogę rozwiązać ten problem dlatego liczę na waszą pomoc. Z góry dziękuję

For your concern, please try the below steps:

Step 1. Reboot your Chromecast with Google TV.
Reboot your Chromecast with Google TV.
Step 2. Unpair your Chromecast Voice Remote
If your Chromecast Voice Remote is paired with your Chromecast with Google TV, unpair it:
To navigate the TV screen, set up your phone as a virtual remote.
On the TV screen, go to your account profile and then Settings and then Remotes and accessories.
Select the Chromecast remote and then Forget and then Yes.
Step 3. Factory reset your Chromecast Voice Remote.
Note: A factory reset will reset your device to its default factory settings. This action will clear your data and can't be undone.
1. Factory reset your Chromecast Voice Remote:
  1. Remove both batteries and wait five minutes.
  2. Reinsert the batteries while pressing and holding the Home button.
  3. Continue to hold the Home button while the LED light turns on and stays solid.
  4. When the light starts to pulse, release the button.
2. If the remote didn't pair automatically, press the reset button on the back of the Chromecast 1 time and hold the back and Home buttons for three seconds on the remote again.
If the remote still doesn't work, factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV:
1. Check that the Chromecast is plugged into the TV and turned on.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the Chromecast.
3. Continue to hold the button while the LED light turns on and blinks yellow.
4. When the light turns solid white, release the button and wait for the device to reset.
