When did this issue start happening?
What version of Disney+ are you using?
Are any other apps having this same issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Thank you for following up on this

I was able to fix the issue by rebooting my internet router

Disney+ did not work on Android mobile, Xbox, or Chrome cast

Disney app version 2.2.0-rc5(2111010)
