Disney Plus video low quality

Have you ever had disney+ 4k on your Google Chromecast 4K With Google TV?

Have you been playing 4k movies with your disney+ then one day it decided to limit to 720p, even though 4k option appear on the list?

Then after restarting the device, now it only shows Auto up to 720p?

Are you out of options and literally have tried every thread already?

Here’s how i fixed mine every single time:

1. Settings > Apps > Disney+ > Force stop

2. Settings > Apps > Disney+ > Clear Cache

3. Turn Off

4. CUT POWER for both tv and chromecast.

5. Wait 20 seconds and plug back in.

Viola, hope it works. My TV is an old SMART TV HISENSE 4k
