Google TV Streamer Reboots itself.

I bought this the day it came out. Ever since, when streaming live sports, it will have an audio glitch that lasts about 3 seconds, then the unit reboots itself. It happened twice today while watching football from the Dazn app. Any ideas how to rectify?

I did and they couldn't find the serial number I provided in your system.

The exact same thing happens to me. Restarts 5+ times till I just give up and watch it on something else. It's only with the DAZN app. Please fix this.

Yes, DAZN is the only app it does it on for me too! I returned my first one and bought another streamer device and it's still doing it. Everything is up to date. So frustrating.

Exact the same here... every football game 2 restarts, usually once at the start and once 3rd quarter. Only with DAZN !!

I have 2 Google Streamers. Same thing, they both crash at least twice a game. DAZN is the only app I have the issue with

Not from Google. I contacted DAZN earlier today to voice my contempt for their app. The amount they charge us for their service and it craps out all the time. I have no idea what side the issue is on, but I'm already unhappy with DAZN so figured I'd loop them in too.

i've tried connecting the device directly to the TV, connecting it to the soundbar, different HDMI cables but nothing helps. using the DAZN app causes the device to reboot and it happens multiple times while using the app.

I'm having the exact same issue, only with DAZN. Frequent video quality degradation, then audio glitch, and sudden reboot. 3 time while watching a football match. Everything up to date.
