The remote control is malfunctioning.

Each time I try to start the streamer by pressing the on/off button it doesn't respond.
I have to take out and put back the batteries, only then the remote communicate with the device and the remote is fוnchaning very well!
I tried a few times to re-set up the remote control but the problem has recurred.
What else can I do to solve the problem?

Hi @Amit1960

Have you tried a full factory reset to the remote? That usually helps. Check that the battery contacts are clean as well.

If you still can't get the remote to connect without the battery reseatting can you verify that your TV isn't responding or if the Streamer doesn't turn on at all? Please check the LED light status on the Streamer.
