Google TV parental controls time limit not working

We have a Hisense TV with Google TV built in. Randomly the TV will say that our child has used all of their allowed time even they have not. I can check their daily use in family link and it shows nothing. I have also seen it happen first thing in the morning right after the bedtime ends, so I know they haven't been using it before that. Restarting the TV does not clear the issue. The only thing I can do is add bonus time, but the whole point of the controls is to not have to help them every time they use the TV

They will best be able to help with the issue you are having with the Hisense TV.
