topic Adding a powered USB hub in Streaming

Hi, Ive hooked up an Anker Powered USB hub with a couple of USB ports to the streamer, so that I can use a mini keyboard, which works. So thought I'd try watching some home videos, and photos, on the big screen....but no dice. When I plug the USB into the hub, it gets recognized, but when I I click yo open it, nothing happens. I look in storage, the USB is there but says there's nothing in the storage.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The mass storage must be exFat. In any case, this for example, works very well

I was finally able to talk to a real person, and they told me it won't work because it's not designed for that.
