Google Chromecast with Google TV Hangs at Setup Google Account Signing in

Just got the and it keeps on hanging in the Signing in with the device setup. I have Factory reset (last resort) many times and have gone to the initial setup and keeps getting stuck in the account singing in screen. Please help as I have other Chromecast devices and this is the first time I am experience this with this unit.

Finally figured out how to setup the unit. Had to hold the BACK button to enable HELP and got it finally download a system update. After getting the system update; you have to manually setup the Chromecast. Hopefully this will help users. Thanks!
