I can see that when you are normally using your device, it frequently drops the signal and reboots. No worries, help is here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In order to provide you with the correct information, I need some extra information. Here are some questions for you:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is the device plugged correctly into the TV and power source?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When did the issue start?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you get any error messages from your device?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What troubleshooting have you done so far?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, I will suggest you uplug your device from the power source and wait for at least 1 minute, after that you can plug the device back in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
