    <description>&lt;P&gt;My&amp;nbsp;Chromecast with Google TV (4K, Snow) keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to my Wi-Fi network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called Google Support and walked through all troubleshooting steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- factory reset the device multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- factory reset my network and the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried with IPV6 on my network turned ON and I've also turned it off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried a 2.4ghz network and a 5ghz network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only time the device maintains a stable connection is if it's connected to my mobile hotspot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While on the mobile hotspot, I've check if there's an update. There are no updates available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also having the same issue with a&amp;nbsp;Chromecast with Google TV (HD, Snow)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did a bad software update go out to these devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Don't worry, if you don't have your case ID, I've already located it. As your Chromecast can be connected to a hotspot, a good next step would be contacting your internet service provider to check if there isn't any problem on their end.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please keep me updated on how it goes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
