sound and picture not syncing on YouTube TV app

Just got YouTube TV app and can not get sound and Picture to sync up. Have completed all reset steeps on tv and nothing is helping. Does anyone have a fix for this or is this normal for that app. Please let me know at #. Thanks Ed

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

What streaming device do you have?
What app are you using when the issue occurs? Does the issue happen only on this app, or is it happening on other apps as well?
Is your streaming device connected directly to the TV?
Is there a soundbar or AV receiver connected to the TV?
When does the issue occur? Does it happen after the device has been idle for a period of time?
How often does this issue happen? (i.e., every time you use the app, once a day, occasionally, etc.)
What kind of cables are you using (i.e., eARC or ARC, optical audio cable)?
Is your streaming device connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
