Google TV Remote and Microphone LED stuck

From Time to time I see my microphone LED getting stuck on red light & now the remote too. What's happening is google Spying on US is some app I installed, the TV or the Remote as this are brand new. I already know to remove battery but this is annoying can some one explain what it's happening and if there is a real solution to this, like some setting in the tv or a update. Because we removed battery we stop bluetooth, we unpair, pair back but problem keeps returning. Google Remote Led Stuck
