blank screen after ads

My Google TV Streamer seems to be working fine, except that when watching a TV show on 9NOW (for example), sometimes when an ad finishes I get the sound for the show but no picture. A black screen. If I use the wheel on the remote I can advance it a little and the picture returns, but I lose a bit of the show each time. Can anyone help please?

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your Google TV Streamer. I understand that the device works well, but when you are watching a TV show and one ad finishes, the audio of the TV show will work as normal, but the screen shows a blank screen. You have to use your remote control and advance the TV show to have it working as normal, but it makes you lose a part of the program. No worries, help is here.

When did the issue start?
Does this happen with all the apps that have ads or only with TV shows?
Is your Google TV Streamer updated?
What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
