Chromecast gen2 not working

My Chromecast gen 2 has stoped working.

The lED lights up but nothing happends on the Televison.

I´ve tried with a different TV set and another power unit.

Is there anything more I can do?

What color is the light and is it flashing?

If it's solid-white, the device thinks that everything is OK and it is working. If you don't see anything, you can try resetting it:

Unfortunately, you've already done most of what we would have suggested. So, if that doesn't work it may be that your Chromecast has finally failed. There is no way to get it repaired or replaced.
