Casting Chrome video to Android TV with Chromecast

The TV is brand new,is Polaroid 50inch andorid TV with Chromecast on it. Im able to Cast everything,but when Im on Chrome and I'm watching a video streaming,and the media player has the cast icon which I click and cast in the TV, the TV open a Chrome icon and continue to loading then it stops and nothing happend, even if says that is casting but the video is stopped what can I do, i download the last version of Chrome to try fix the problems

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chrome issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know these issues can be hard to figure out on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What OS are you using when you cast from Google Chrome?
Does this same issue occur when casting from another device, such as a phone or computer?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

The issue started since the beginning when i bought the smart tv. Im casting from a Samsung and a xiaomi. I do not have a pc so i cant try

No problem! There are a couple of things we can try to see if they resolve the issue, go ahead and try these:

Make sure your Google Home app is up-to-date.
Make sure the TV's firmware is up-to-date.
Connect the TV and the casting phone to the same network band, either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
Power Saving Mode must be turned off.
The Microphone permission in the Google Play Services app needs to be turned on to successfully use the Cast screen or audio feature with Chromecast.

Give those steps a try, and let me know if it still gives you any issues.

The fact is that the chromcast works with all the app,but not with google chrome
