I have a new update aperenly on my chrome it don't update even 1% it just goes into an announcement telling me to reboot I've tried it many times and I even did factory reset like more than 5 times nothing is helping

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that updating issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I can imagine it's pretty frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
Does this same issue occur when you plug the Chromecast into another TV?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
