Can the Google Chromecast Audio send audio from cd-player to wfi-speaker that supports google assistant.

Have you actually read anything about Google Chromecast Audio and its capabilities, before asking questions? If not, take your time, read about it and then ask again. We'll be here.

Subject of interest: difference between a Bluetooth receiver and transmitter.

Short answer:

Chromecast audio will not be able to transmit anything wirelessly to anything. It only receives wirelessly and send the signal via wired cables.
