Chromecast can't connect to wifi! It won't remove old name and password, yes I did what Home said to do a dozen times! New wifi got hooked up today and nothing in home app is helping nor will can you SPEAK to anyone!

Read reviews on play store, most I read, NOBODY likes Home APP, they say it's junk!

Hard reset the Chromecast device, using its built-in button, and perform the entire setup procedure again.
