Chromecast TV Remote Control TV Channels

On the next remote update can you add functionality to change my TV's aerial channels? I can switch the input from Chromecast to Live TV but need to pick up my other remote after that to change the channels. Smart people use free broadcasted digital channels for live TV and it's very convenient to use a single remote for all functionality. I'd be more likely to use Google TV if all I used was the Google remote. For now I'll stick with my smart TV apps since I can continue to use just my LG remote.

<update> I can control Google TV with the LG smart remote but cannot leverage the LG remote's mic for Google assistant.

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! I was looking into the remote's functionality, and I don't think you are able to change the TV's aerial channels. If this is functionality you'd like Google to implement, I'd recommend you submit feedback via Google TV to let them know.
