Pin issue

Hey, I have the Chromecast 3rd generation and I want to set up a pin on the device. I'm using this in a school environment so I want to make sure no one other than the teachers is able to cast anything on the device. I have enabled guest mode on the Chromecast and the pin does show on the screen but the problem is that anyone that is on the same wifi network is able to cast without a pin request. Is there any way to change a setting where only devices that see the pin are able to cast onto the Chromecast even though they are on the same wifi network?

I suppose the school don't have a WiFi network.

The Chromecast device must be connected to a secure network.

Use a mobile WiFi router and do not share its WiFi password.

The school does have a secure wifi connection. Using mobile data is probably not an option due to the long periods of time the Chromecast would have to be on. Is there any other way it could be down while on the school's shared wifi network?

Using the phone's tethering capability does not offer you a high speed and may also generate traffic costs for you, depending on your internet plan.

Like I said before, if the school don't share its WiFi network password with the students, the Chromecast device can connect to it. If the school share its WiFi network with the students, the optimal solution is to use a mobile travel router, which offers you independence from others.
