My tv is not listed - best alternative?

When setting up the Chromecast Tv for the first time, I can choose a tv brand so I can control volume and turn the tv on/off with the Chromecast Tv remote control. Except, my tv brand is not listed! It's a small fullhd Blaupunkt tv.

So, I have tried various other brands (Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, Sanyo, Finlux etc.), but so far no luck in getting the remote to control the tv volume or on/off function.

Anyone know if there is a brand that will work for this Blaupunkt tv? (Country is Denmark)

Try Grundig and Toshiba.

If unsuccessful, contact the TV manufacturer support for a suggestion.

Lastly, if your Blaupunkt TV model supports HDMI CEC, set the Chromecast device to control it via CEC protocol.
