      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hello all - here's an error I just started getting with Sling TV voice commands (Chromecast with Google TV):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Using any voice commands like "Watch FX on Sling TV" or "OK Google, show TBS on Sling TV" results in this error: "To play that, you need a premium subscription"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I've tried all the published voice commands here - &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9652083?hl=en&amp;amp;co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow ugc"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9652083?hl=en&amp;amp;co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Some background&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The Sling TV voice commands initially worked for me on first setup of Google TV, but now don't&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Chromecast with Google TV attached to TCL TV&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Active/paid Sling TV subscription&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Linked Sling TV as "Live TV service" in Google Home account per &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googletv/answer/10059392#linkservices" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow ugc"&gt;https://support.google.com/googletv/answer/10059392#linkservices&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Troubleshooting so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Power Chromecast on/off via menu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Sign out/in of google account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unlink &amp;amp; re-link Sling TV subscription via Google Home app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Factory reset Chromecast &amp;amp; go thru entire set-up again &amp;amp; re-link Sling TV service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;No luck. Voice commands still won't launch live Sling TV channels. For some reason the Sling TV integration just seems to have broke for me, and I can't reset it. Very frustrating because these same commands used to work. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Sling TV issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out where I can. Looking at the troubleshooting you have already attempted, there may be an underlying issue somewhere. Would you be willing to re-create this issue, then submit feedback via Google TV? That way our engineering team can look deeper into this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the slow response times, but here are some steps that I recommend that you try here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Confirm that the&amp;nbsp;services are&amp;nbsp;linked using Google Home app (Assistant settings &amp;gt; Videos).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Confirm that the&amp;nbsp;accounts are linked via&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;Chromecast with Google TV (under its settings). For the purpose of isolation, try&amp;nbsp;having only 1 linked account for now.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does the issue occur&amp;nbsp;if voice commands are given to Chromecast remote only, or also with other devices such as Google Home?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Using Google Assistant app (with same account signed in) on phone &amp;gt; test to voice cast to Chromecast: "Watch FX on Sling TV on [Chromecast name]"&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Finally, make sure to enable personal results for Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
