Hola mi Chrome me dice actualización pero cuando comienza actualizar se traba en el cero me dice problema en la red pero no tengo problema en me red.que puedo hacer?

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that updating issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know from experience that these issues can be difficult. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

Is the Chromecast plugged into a power outlet, or is it powered by the USB on the TV?
Is the Chromecast within 15 feet of the router?
Are you using the HDMI extender that came with your 1st Gen Chromecast?
Have you already attempted a factory reset on the Chromecast?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
