I can only watch Prime, no other service will connectl

I do not know which version of Chromecast I have, but had to select one from the list to continue with my question.

It seems to come and go. I was wthching last night and now nothing except for Prime that I pay for. When the olympics were on it took over 20 minutes for 7+ to come on. WHY?

I am really sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I would also be pretty annoyed if my device kept having connection issues. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What is the model number on your Chromecast?
When the issue happens, what color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
