My remote control buttons are not working...I changed the battery still not working...left and up not working

If only SOME of your buttons are not working, it may be that the switches in the remote have failed.

Try resetting and re-pairing.

If that doesn't solve your problem, you may have to request a warranty replacement (if it's still in warranty) or buy a new remote.

You might also be able to use your Android phone instead of the physical remote:
