Hi Im Using Chromecast 4 with google tv.

I aready install Disney + apps but eveytime i open the apps and choose profile it keeps on crashing.

I installed the latest Disney+ app

Clear cache and data on Disney Plus application. Force stop the application and open it again.

Yes. I already did that still crashing.

Chromecast 4 has the latest firmware.

Reboot the Chromecast device - unplug it from the main power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.

Verify if Disney Plus servers are up and running.

Acces your Disney Plus account from a pc, log out then log it again.

Hi. I did already.

Im using also Disney+ on mobile its working.

I have 2 android boxes chromecast 4 and mboxs both have same issue with disney+ apps. Crashing after i press the profile

Try cycling WiFi on off on the Chromecast device and try again.

Lastly, uninstall the application and reinstall it again.
