Missing app in Chromecast

I cannot find the app IPTV SMARTERS PRO using my new device. However, it is visible on another device of the same version, on the same TV, and the same internet.

I have updated the system and restarted the device but the issue still exist.

Is the app available in your country?
Can you see the app on Google Play on another device?
Was the app made to function on Google TV?
