Chromecast not showing up on PC

From google, when i go to cast something, it says it cant find any chromecasts.

I tried to reboot it, from the factory settings, but didnt worked too. The chromecast appears on my phone, on youtube + on google home. I already used chromecast with my PC multiple times, and it worked every single one of them, except that time. The only change i can think of is going to Windows 11, i dont know if it could be the reason or not but that's the only change i made i am pretty sure.

I just had to put my wifi connection from public to private 🙂
