Cannot Cast Desktop (Macbook Pro)

I am trying to cast the desktop of my Macbook Pro. I can cast a tab with no problem. I do not know what steps to take to fix this.

Cast your computer screen

You can display your entire computer screen using Chrome on Mac, Windows and Chromebooks.

On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More More and then Cast.

At the top, next to 'Cast to', click the Down arrow Down Arrow.

Click Cast desktop.

Choose the Chromecast device where you want to watch the content.
