Chromecast doesn't work at all

Hello everyone..My Chromecast gen 3 doesn't start at all..doesn't light up no nothing..tried all possible things I found on internet but still doesn't start .I checked everything just stays dead..no light no nothing...What can I do?I'm really disappointed..thought it was a good ideea to use it..not even a week I didn't get the chance to use it properly and already doesn't work

Return it and upgrade to Chromecast with Google TV with remote control included.
